Shipping

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from receipt of order. Shipping is done via USPS unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy

Customers are given a one time return on shoes for any sizing or style issues. Please follow these guidelines in order to get a full refund or exchange:

• Customers must send back the shoes as they were received in there shoe box or bag
• Do not remove tags before trying on product as this will void the return and result in a minimum $10 restocking fee
• Cover shoe box or sandal with either a shipping bag, box or brown paper. Do not tap shipping label directly to the shoe box for a return
• Fill out completely and print return request form
• Ship the shoes back to Island Surf Company, 342 Circuit Street, Hanover, MA 02339
• We will process the return and either refund upon receipt or ship the shoes out within 7 business days

Island Surf will return the new requested size. Island Surf will replace any production defects up to 6 month from the purchase of the shoes out side of normal wear and tear.
